Privacy Policy

When you create an event we store:

• the event title you enter,
• your city / time zone, and
• the candidate dates and times you add.

When someone responds to an event we store:

• the name they enter (it can be a nickname),
• their city / time zone,
• their availability answers (○ / △ / ×), and
• an optional comment.

We do not ask for email addresses, phone numbers, or passwords, and we do not create user accounts. Please don't put sensitive personal information in event titles, names, or comments.

Events are reached by a link. Anyone who has the link can view the event and its responses, including the names, cities, answers, and comments people entered. Share the link only with people you want to see it. Event pages are not listed in search engines.

We use this information only to run the service: to show candidate times in each person's time zone, to tally answers, and to display the results page. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for advertising profiles.

We keep event data only for as long as it is useful, and aim to delete participant responses automatically about 90 days after they are submitted. Because events are anonymous and link-based, we can't identify which event is yours without the link.

The service does not use tracking cookies. Your browser may store technical data needed to load the site. If this changes — for example, if we add analytics or advertising — we will update this page before it takes effect.

You can choose not to enter a real name. If you want an event or a response removed sooner, contact us with the event link and we will remove it where we can.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
