About GlobalMeetingTime
Scheduling across time zones shouldn't take a thread of messages. GlobalMeetingTime lets a group in different countries agree on a time with one shared link.
How it works
- The organizer picks a few candidate times in their own time zone and creates the event.
- They share the link. Nobody needs an account.
- Each person opens the link, sees the times in their own time zone, and marks ○, △, or ×.
- The results page shows the tally, the best match, and everyone's local hours side by side.
- Add the final time to a calendar as an .ics file or with Google Calendar.
Principles
- No sign-up. Events are reached by a link; there are no accounts to create or manage.
- Time zones done right. Conversions use the IANA time zone database, so daylight saving changes are handled automatically.
- Light on data. We only keep what an event needs: the title, candidate times, and the names, cities, answers, and optional comments people enter.
